The Integra Realty Resources office of IRR - Charleston is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near

Savannah, Georgia

. This role will cover a diverse territory spanning

from the Hilton Head Island MSA to Savannah MSA as well as surrounding areas.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, mortgage lending, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. You’ll Bring:

Georgia

South Carolina

Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License

Bachelor’s degree

in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field

3+ years’ experience

appraising a wide range of commercial property types

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

Exceptional

organizational skills

and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

Proven expertise in preparing

appraisals and reviews

for complex properties

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office

and valuation/reporting tools (Argus, CoStar, Excel, etc.)

Solid understanding of

valuation principles ,

real estate terminology , and

property tax processes

A commitment to earning the

MAI designation

if not already achieved
