Commerical Real Estate Appraiser

The Integra Realty Resources office in Sacramento, CA is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Real Estate Appraiser based in or near Fresno CA to join our team of senior MAI designated professionals. This role will cover a diverse territory spanning from Bakersfield to Modesto and across the Central Coast. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with complex valuation assignments across a variety of property types and purposes—including financial reporting, acquisition, portfolio analysis, eminent domain, and estate planning. You’ll Bring:

Active

California Certified General Real Estate Appraiser License

Bachelor’s degree

2+ years’ experience

appraising a wide range of commercial property types

Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills

Proficiency with

Microsoft Office

and valuation/reporting tools (Argus, CoStar, Excel, etc.)

A solid understanding of

valuation principles ,

real estate terminology , and

property tax processes

The ability to stay responsive and collaborative with leadership and clients throughout each assignment

Bonus Qualifications:

MAI designation

or active candidacy

Bachelor’s degree

in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field

Expertise in preparing

appraisals and reviews

for complex properties

Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities

A self-starter mindset with a passion for professional growth
