Senior In-House Labor & Employment Counsel

A construction services company is looking for a Labor & Employment Compliance Counsel in New York City. In this role, you will oversee legal and compliance matters, manage outside counsel on claims, and provide guidance on employment practices. The ideal candidate will hold a J.D., have 7–10 years of experience in labor and employment law, and possess strong knowledge of U.S. employment regulations. Salary range is $175,000–$215,000, plus bonuses and benefits.
