Senior Employment Counsel – Legal Team
Join our legal team to provide practical, business‑focused legal advice across employment matters in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
Job Responsibilities
Advise on domestic and international employment and labor law matters including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, accommodations, wage and hour, investigations, and terminations.
Draft, review, and update employment‑related agreements, policies, and templates to ensure compliance and consistency.
Manage and advise on internal investigations, employment‑related claims, demand letters, audits, and administrative complaints.
Partner with HR and business leaders to evaluate and implement employment practices, policies, and processes.
Manage employment litigation matters in collaboration with internal and external counsel and support global employment and immigration initiatives.
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active Colorado bar license required.
4+ years of experience practicing U.S. employment law at a nationally recognized law firm and/or in‑house.
In‑house experience strongly preferred.
Broad‑based employment law expertise across key areas such as employee relations, compliance, and investigations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance for business stakeholders.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and operate effectively in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.

Compensation: $121,800 – $174,000 + bonus, equity, and benefits
