A boutique private equity firm based in New York City is seeking an

HR Specialist

to join the team on a

temporary basis.

This position is

fully on site

5 days per week in Midtown Manhattan.

Who You Are

You have a strong HR background with a least 5 years of experience in payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, onboarding, compensation, and performance management

TriNet experience, highly preferred

Customer service mindset with ability to manage administrative and HR tasks efficiently

Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills

What You’ll Do

Administer payroll and benefits programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Manage benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries

Support recruiting efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination

Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

What Success Looks Like

Payroll and benefits are processed accurately and on time

Employees receive timely and helpful support for HR-related inquiries

Recruiting and onboarding processes run smoothly and efficiently

HR data and documentation are consistently accurate and up to date

Pay Rate Range $55-65 per hour, based on experience

Location New York, NY – On site
