Causey & Ye Law is a well-established and highly regarded immigration law firm serving clients across Iowa and Minnesota. We provide comprehensive immigration representation, including family-based and employment-based petitions, as well as removal and deportation defense before the Immigration Courts.
We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our growing team and assist clients with complex immigration matters in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Practice Areas
Family-Based Immigration Petitions Employment-Based Immigration (H-1B, EB-1, EB-2, PERM, NIW, L-1) Removal & Deportation Defense Adjustment of Status, Naturalization, and Waivers Responsibilities
Represent clients at Master Calendar and Individual Hearings before Immigration Courts in Nebraska and Minnesota Attend Adjustment of Status, I-751, and Naturalization interviews Prepare and file motions, joint motions, legal briefs, evidence, and correspondence with the Immigration Court and Office of the Chief Counsel Prepare and file immigrant and non-immigrant petitions, including I-485, EB-1, EB-2, PERM, H-1B, L-1, and NIW Prepare and file Notices of Appeal and appellate briefs with the Board of Immigration Appeals Visit and represent clients detained in immigration or criminal detention facilities Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients throughout their cases Work Location
Hybrid / Flexible Work-From-Home schedule available Qualifications
Active license to practice law in
any U.S. jurisdiction 1–3 years of experience
practicing immigration law Strong legal writing, analytical, and organizational skills Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively with a team Bilingual skills are a plus , but not required Why Join Causey & Ye Law?
