Base Pay Range $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr
Main Purpose As an Assistant Manager / Leasing at RAM, you will support day‑to‑day operations of the property with a strong focus on leasing, sales, and administrative support, ensuring high occupancy levels, regulatory compliance, and a positive resident experience. This role serves as a direct support to the Property Manager, combining operational and commercial responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, contact, and qualify prospective residents.
Conduct property tours, present leasing options, and close rental agreements using RAM‑approved platforms.
Actively follow up with prospects to maximize conversion, occupancy, and revenue goals.
Process rental applications, including credit checks, background screenings, and reference verifications.
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws, company policies, and applicable regulations.
Maintain ethical and consistent leasing practices.
Prepare, review, and coordinate lease agreements, renewals, and addendums.
Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and properly stored in the corresponding systems.
Coordinate lease signings and collect required documentation.
Monitor leasing KPIs such as traffic, conversions, follow‑ups, move‑ins, and renewals.
Support leasing performance reports and basic market/competitor analysis.
Recommend actions to improve leasing results and resident satisfaction.
Provide operational and administrative support to the Property Manager.
Coordinate communication with maintenance and operations teams regarding move‑ins, move‑outs, and special requests.
Assist with resident communication and initial issue resolution as needed.
Ensure adherence to RAM policies, procedures, and operational standards.
Deliver timely, professional, and high‑quality service to residents and internal teams.
Participate in training, continuous improvement initiatives, and professional development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in residential leasing, assistant manager roles, or similar positions in property management (required).
Technical or academic background in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields is preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of leasing processes and Fair Housing compliance.
Strong customer service, sales, and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced operational environment.
English (B2) and Spanish (B2) proficiency (required).
Basic experience with property management systems and digital tools (preferred).
