A nonprofit services organization in New York City is actively seeking a new Case Manager to join their growing team at one of their new locations opening in Queens. In this role, the Case Manager will be responsible for providing trauma-informed case management services to families with children experiencing housing instability.

Homeless families Responsibilities: Conduct intakes, assessments, and individualized service planning Provide crisis intervention, advocacy, and supportive counseling Develop housing, vocational, and educational plans with families Coordinate internal and external services and resources Maintain timely and accurate documentation Participate in supervision, meetings, and trainings Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications:
Associate's and/or Bachelor's Degree Required:
Bilingual in relevant Asian languages/dialects (e.g., Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Bengali, etc.) Experience in Homeless Services, Supportive Housing, or related settings Knowledge of Trauma-informed, Client-centered, and Culturally-responsive practices Solid assessment and documentation skills Great interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Highly organized Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services and/or a related field
