What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Serve as the technical bridge between the sales team and prospects during the sales cycle

Manage and deliver technical information to customers both onsite and virtually

Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and director-level executives

Map RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions to ensure alignment with customer needs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum 3 years of presales experience in a relevant field

Proficient in web/scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SaaS applications

Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus

Willingness to travel 1-2 times per month

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions

Domain expertise in specific industries related to customer service softwareExperience moderating Design-Based Thinking sessions

Ability to develop reference architecture in support of client solutions

Awareness of CCaaS and peripheral technologies
