What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive customer happiness by managing and delivering technical information to prospects both onsite and virtually

Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers to bridge technical solutions with customer needs

Scope, manage, and execute customer pilots and Proof of Concepts

Present technical merits of software solutions to C-level and director-level executives

Map RFI/RFP requirements to appropriate software solutions

What is Required (Qualifications)

3+ years of presales experience in a relevant field

Knowledge of web/scripting technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, and SaaS applications

Outstanding problem-solving and solution scoping abilities

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graduate degree is a plus

Must be willing to travel 1-2 times per month

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions

Domain expertise in specific industries

Awareness of CCaaS and related technologies

Experience moderating Design-Based Thinking sessions

Ability to develop reference architecture in support of client solutions
