Responsibilities
Complete the PLACE Launch program
Work the team‑provided leads and opportunities
Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis
Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable properties
Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers
Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology
Host two open houses each month
Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments
Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards
Take part in team activities as per team guidelines
Attend weekly one‑on‑one coaching sessions, training sessions, and Partner Calls
Advise sellers, secure listings, and market properties effectively
Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing‑related services
Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
Active Colorado real‑estate license required
Minimum of 1 year in real‑estate sales
Highly organized
Outstanding time‑management abilities
Excellent communication skills and dedication to service
Strong drive for sales and competitive edge
Skilled at establishing connections, understanding client needs, and finding solutions
Expertise in prospecting and generating leads
Naturally adept at handling objections
Collaborative team member
Eager to learn and focused on growth
Open to learning scripts and dialogues
