We are looking for a visionary

Apparel Designer

to join our elite Women’s Tennis team. Reporting to the Tennis Design Director, you will work within a specialized squad dedicated to crafting high-performance Branded Tennis apparel and exclusive Signature Athlete collections. This is a hands‑on design role for someone who believes that the best way to predict the future of sport is to create it.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between world‑class athlete insights and trend‑right performance product. You aren't just designing garments; you are engineering the future of on‑court performance. You will be responsible for translating the unique needs of our elite athletes and the evolving aesthetic of the tennis consumer into innovative, functional, and visually stunning apparel.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's Degree in Apparel/Fashion Design or related design field or equivalent combination of relevant education, experience, and training.

5+ years of relevant work experience in a design environment working with materials, trims, design and fit.

You have an outstanding ability to apply and perform foundational design skills, including drawing/sketching, illustrations across analog and digital platforms. 3D experience is a plus.

You are proficient in Adobe Illustrator, concept ideation, color theory and have strong presentation skills along with the ability to convey your design point of view through a variety of visual tools to both internal and external partners.

You have a comprehensive understanding of materials, fit and performance design.

You have relevant Apparel/Fashion/Design experience through on-job training and strong portfolio representation. Extra consideration will be given to those with a background in sport performance and sport style innovation.

You are a Culture-builder who prioritizes team, collaboration and relationships.

You have a Passion for apparel design, understanding of collection-based design, can balance strong performance acumen as well as style and are a creative problem-solver.

You are an Elite storyteller with a passion for narrative and improving product.

You have Strong Focus, Excellent Time-Management and Prioritization Habits.

You Ask Clarifying Questions and Adapt.

Qualifications

5+ YOE in apparel design, has the ability to do own sketches.

Strong understanding of mood boards, illustrator, and keynote.

Personality - no ego, understands they are there to support and help, outgoing, there is a lot of work to get through and being able to stay positive is important, flexible and able to pivot.
