Role Description The National Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with an emphasis on meeting sales and revenue targets. In this on‑site, full‑time role located in Fort Wayne, IN, the selected candidate will develop and execute sales strategies, negotiate contracts, monitor market trends, and provide exceptional customer service. Qualifications
Sales and Business Development skills, including account management, lead generation, and deal closing
Strong communication and negotiation skills to foster client relationships effectively
Strategic planning and market analysis skills to develop actionable sales strategies and monitor market trends
Proficiency in CRM software and basic office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a results‑driven environment
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities

Experience in the fuel, energy, or related industry is a strong advantage
