Serve as the primary liaison between the employer's sales team and IBM, ensuring integration throughout the customer journey Take operational ownership of the IBM deal pipeline, monitoring and driving progress toward closure Coordinate with local System Integrators, Solution Providers, and Hyperscalers to align partners for customer implementations Collaborate with IBM to grow their GitLab practice, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights Maintain accurate data in relevant systems to ensure clear pipeline reporting and communication across teams What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, or a related field Progressive experience in B2B sales or partner-facing roles, particularly with channel partners or solution providers Understanding of sales pipeline management, including opportunity tracking and identifying bottlenecks Strong operational mindset with a focus on data accuracy and process optimization Experience working with large strategic partners and the ability to align multiple stakeholders How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in channel sales or ecosystem sales roles Familiarity with customer relationship management tools, such as Salesforce A growth mindset and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Proven ability to orchestrate collaborations among multiple ecosystem partners Experience in sales enablement and partner onboarding processes
