Overview The Institute for Integrative & Innovative Research (I³R) seeks a Post‑Doctoral Fellow to advance integrative health by developing healthy food and health technologies.

Position Description The Fellow will work with a multidisciplinary team to conduct research, develop technologies, and translate findings to product development. Key focus areas include food systems, health technology, cross‑cutting technologies, and law/policy to support integrative health.

Responsibilities

Conduct research on

food systems and food technology

(e.g., resilient agricultural systems, cellular agriculture, genomics, nutrition).

Develop and test

health technologies

(e.g., bioelectronics, wearable devices, medical robotics, IoMT, AI, data science).

Collect, process, analyze, and interpret data; develop efficient data‑collection tools.

Prepare reports and publish research findings.

Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, communicate results to stakeholders, and build trust within the community.

Maintain regular, reliable attendance and uphold professional conduct.

Qualifications Minimum:

PhD or comparable advanced degree in science, engineering, data science, statistics, food science, public policy, education, or related field.

At least two years of relevant experience.

Preferred:

Experience in technology development or assessment.

Experience in data collection, processing, analysis, and interpretation.

Ability to plan, anticipate actions, and meet shifting priorities and deadlines.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to document activities and develop product documentation.

Self‑motivated and able to work independently while collaborating in a multi‑disciplinary team.

Commitment to improving health through convergence research and development.
