Are you a Swedish native speaker with a passion for sales and business growth?
We're looking for a motivated, results-driven talent to join an international team in Barcelona, supporting a major global tech project.
What You'll Be Doing In this role, you will work with Nordic clients, helping them grow their business through effective solutions and strategic outreach. You'll manage sales pipelines, nurture customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared targets.
What You Bring
Native-level
Swedish
(other Nordic languages are a plus)
Strong command of
English
Previous sales experience (B2B is ideal)
Comfortable working with
CRM systems
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Motivated, goal-focused, proactive, and able to work independently
Strong business understanding with the ability to evaluate different business models
Customer-centric mindset and enthusiasm for creating outstanding client experiences Please consider you need an EU passport/nationality or work permit in order to be eligible
Whats Offered
Full-time, 39h/week , hybrid model in Barcelona
Salary range:
23,876 -
25,330 euro gross/year (based on experience)
Referral bonus:
Up to 2,000 euro
