As our company continues to grow, we are seeking an

Inside Sales Representative

to join our seven-person Sales team, which drives revenue in the DACH region through margin-based resale, subscriptions, and professional and managed IT services.

In this role, you’ll ensure smooth lead flow, efficient sales operations, and small account development, while relieving workload from the broader sales team. For that, you’ll cooperate closely with Customer Development Managers, Marketing, and Partner Management.

Tasks

Working through lead lists from partners and marketing

Using checklists to turn inbound and outbound leads into SQLs

Handing over more complex leads to CDMs

Processing standard subscriptions and licenses, co-terming, and renewals

Preparing, sending, and following up on standard quotes

Growing smaller accounts and re‑engage dormant ones

Advancing simple up‑ and cross‑selling opportunities, escalating bigger ones

Helping with local events and processing leads fast afterward

Registering deals and handling basic certification checks

Keeping our CRM data clean, complete, and current

Requirements Hard Skills

You know your way around CRM systems and like keeping sales data nice and tidy.

You are not afraid to reach out to potential clients with cold calls and mail sequences.

You can qualify leads, track their status, and ensure smooth processing.

You have a basic understanding of B2B IT services or solution selling.

You are proficient (C1) in German and English; Dutch is a plus.

Soft Skills

Communication: Getting your point across to techies, non‑techies, and customers.

Reliability: Striving for top‑notch work and reliably following the game plan.

Collaboration: Lending a hand and jumping in to put out a fire when needed.

Customer Engagement: Spotting what customers need and keeping them happy.
