What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and execute marketing plans to support Community Pharmacy Services initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to create content and messaging aligned with enterprise goals
Coordinate planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and engagement
Manage digital channels to elevate brand recognition and customer engagement
Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
Minimum of four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in marketing
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
Experience in developing marketing and communications plans
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with some design skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce.com
Familiarity with social media marketing tools
Editing and proofreading skills
Experience working with industry suppliers and vendors
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
