What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Develop and execute marketing plans to support Community Pharmacy Services initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to create messaging and content aligned with business goals
Coordinate planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
Manage customer channels to enhance brand recognition and customer engagement
Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign results and optimize performance
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
Minimum of four (4) years of related experience in marketing or communications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in developing marketing/communications plans
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with strong analytical skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com
Basic design skills, including photo editing and PDF editing
Familiarity with social media marketing tools
Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
Experience working with industry suppliers and vendors
