Sales Account Executive
We’re hiring a Sales Account Executive to drive new business growth and own the full sales cycle—from outbound outreach and discovery to demos and closed‑won deals. This is a high‑impact role for a motivated seller who thrives in outbound motion, loves solving problems for customers, and can translate technical solutions into business value.
About the Company We are a fast‑growing, PE‑backed managed services provider dedicated to helping Broadband Service Providers deliver exceptional subscriber experiences. For more than 30 years, we’ve supported regional and rural BSPs with a comprehensive suite of scalable solutions—including 24/7 U.S.‑based technical support, network monitoring and remediation, hosted email and managed server services, and broadband‑focused marketing resources. Our people‑first approach and customer‑outcomes focus enable BSPs to compete on experience—not just price or speed—as the broadband landscape evolves.
Responsibilities
Own full‑cycle sales: prospecting, discovery, demos, solution design, and closing
Generate 30+ new leads touched weekly and 1+ new deal per week
Maintain a 4x pipeline and close 2+ deals per month
Deliver tailored product demos; translate technical features into ROI
Use MEDDICC and personalized outreach (SMYKM) to drive qualified pipeline
Engage Directors, VPs, GMs, and C‑Suite across Operations, IT, and Support
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
Qualifications & Required Skills
5+ years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience with consistent quota achievement
Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold outreach
Strong technical aptitude (network monitoring, servers, hosted email, IP networks)
Confident presenter—comfortable running demos and speaking with executive + technical buyers
Highly coachable, curious, and data‑driven
Excellent communication skills; strong follow‑up discipline
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo.ai, and similar tools
Preferred Skills
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo.ai, and similar tools
Pay & Compensation $90,000 base salary + unlimited commission potential. High‑impact role with room for growth. Supportive, collaborative team environment. Ongoing training via Luster.ai, Fathom, and regular coaching. Opportunity to influence messaging, product positioning, and customer outcomes.
