Responsibilities
Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team
Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline
Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
Provide training and development of our Life Insurance portfolio
Qualifications
Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field
Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car
Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software
Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
Life Insurance license and at least 2 years’ experience offering insurance products
Compensation Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000 per year
