What you’ll do As an Account Manager, you’ll serve as the primary day-to-day partner for assigned clients, helping guide digital and social campaigns from strategy through execution. You’ll keep work aligned, organized, and impactful while ensuring the client experience stays strong.
Key responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building trust through clear communication and strong follow-through
Guide the execution of digital marketing campaigns (including social media and integrated channel strategy) in collaboration with Creative, Digital, and Project teams
Partner with internal teams to translate strategy into digital deliverables across content, paid, social, email, and web as applicable
Manage timelines, budgets, scopes, and deliverables to keep work on track and aligned with strategy
Lead client-facing deliverables such as digital strategy decks, performance reports, agendas, and recaps
Review performance insights (KPIs, reporting, platform data) and help shape optimizations and next-step recommendations
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and present thoughtful strategic recommendations
Anticipate client needs, troubleshoot challenges, and elevate issues when appropriate
Support new client onboarding and contribute to smooth account transitions
Oversee day-to-day account operations and workflows
Mentor or support junior account team members as needed
Participate in social media and community management efforts when required
Duties may evolve over time based on business needs.
What we’re looking for We’re seeking someone who is equal parts relationship‑driven and detail‑oriented, with confidence in digital marketing and how campaigns perform across channels.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
5–7+ years of experience in client services, preferably in a digital or creative agency
At least 3 years of experience owning client relationships, communications, timelines, and deliverables
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media and integrated campaign strategy
Ability to manage multiple accounts and complex workflows simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence presenting to clients and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational and time‑management skills
Experience using project management tools such as Asana or Monday.com
Work environment and schedule
Full‑time, exempt
Based in Milwaukee, WI
Approximately 80% in‑office, with flexibility based on client and business needs
