Role Description Full‑time, on‑site Inside Sales Manager based in Richmond, VA. The Inside Sales Manager will oversee and manage the inside sales processes, develop and maintain customer accounts, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include generating leads, cultivating client relationships, providing tailored product solutions, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with other departments to deliver outstanding service and support to customers.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and relationship building
Experience in Account Management and managing customers' needs effectively
Knowledge of Sales strategies and proficiency in meeting targets
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work on‑site and collaborate within a team environment
Experience in renewable energy, solar, or electrical distribution industries is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
