What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop and implement a sales strategy to increase market share aligned with company objectives
Identify and target manufacturers and potential packaging customers in the West Region
Engage with prospects to understand their needs and build a pipeline of opportunities
Collaborate with stakeholders to effectively address customer challenges
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 5 years of Packaging Sales experience with established relationships
Minimum of 5 years of folding carton sales experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel a minimum of 25%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in the packaging or printing industry
Familiarity with high-end decorative finishing sales
Experience with interactive marketing tools and AI
Ability to identify cross-selling opportunities within the prospect and client base
