Contract:
6‑month contract with potential extensions and conversion
Base pay range:
$18.00/hr – $20.00/hr
We are looking for a Loan Specialist to join the funds movement team to help handle checks and payoffs coming in on auto loans. This person will be handling 250 payoffs per day.
Responsibilities
Process checks and payoffs for auto loans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain accurate records and update loan files accordingly.
Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding loan status and inquiries.
Work within assigned time frame to process high volume of payoffs.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of customer service experience
Proficient typing, strong numerical aptitude, and tech‑savvy
Excel proficiency
Nice to Have
Banking experience
