What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide real-time procedural assistance for Surgical Centers of Therapy within the aligned territory
Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support to ensure successful product usage
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries during on-site procedures
Lead in-service training sessions for physicians and surgical staff on product applications
Assist the Surgical Account Manager with product trials, implementation, and conversion initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a field-based role
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to travel approximately 25% with potential overnight and weekend commitments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
1+ year of clinical experience in the operating room
Relevant clinical or hospital experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and MS Teams
A strong drive for results and the ability to present complex product demonstrations
