Job Title: E-Commerce Manager
Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day management of the Shopify store, including product setup, collections, and site updates
Manage product launches end-to-end across Shopify and third-party marketplaces
Oversee dropship and marketplace platforms (e.g. Farfetch), including product onboarding, content updates, inventory sync, and performance tracking
Ensure accurate, consistent product data, pricing, and merchandising across all online channels
Plan and coordinate e-commerce photoshoots, including timelines, shot lists, and vendor coordination
Manage image selection, retouching, organization, and uploads across Shopify and marketplace platforms
Maintain brand consistency and visual standards across all digital touch points
Coordinate inventory allocation and availability between DTC and marketplace channels
Monitor eCommerce performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
Qualifications:
5+ years of ecommerce experience within luxury, premium, or fashion-led brands
Deep familiarity with Shopify (or similar), analytics tools, and ecommerce best practices
Strong eye for digital merchandising, site experience, and brand storytelling across the customer journey
Proven ability to drive revenue through conversion optimization, performance insights, and customer retention strategies
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning initiatives from strategy through execution
Salary $100,000-$120,000
