5+ years of experience in commercial/revenue/sales operations, analytics, or process improvement
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive clear insights from data
Proven ability to innovate and streamline processes to enhance operational efficiency
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Power BI)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience working within the Healthcare industry
Proven ability to support and enable sales teams
Familiarity with go-to-market strategies and sales automation tools
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
