Luther Lanard PC is seeking a Sales & Client Relations Associate to be the first point of contact for prospective clients and a key support to the client relations team. This is a hybridrole: 75% client relations, 25% administrative support.You'llwork 4 days in our Newport Beach office and 1 day remotely.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

Be the First Voice Clients Hear

  • Conduct initial consultations with prospective franchisee clients, understanding their concerns anddetermininghow we can help
  • Make follow-up calls that feel personal, notrobotic—you'rebuilding relationships, not just checking boxes
  • Help manage our potential client pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks

Support Business Development

  • Attend conferences and trade shows torepresentthe firm and connect with franchisees who need our help
  • Assistwith clientonboardingto ensure new clients have a smooth experience from day one
  • Manage data and systems that keep the client relations engine running smoothly

Keep the Office Running

  • Maintain an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming office environment in Newport Beach
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal team members as needed

One remote day per week (typically Fridays), plus the understanding that lifehappensandwe'renot going to micromanage your timeas long asthe work gets done.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales or customer service

Compensation

$70,000 - $85,000 yearly
