Order Picker

Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team in Seattle, Washington, as an Order Picker! This role is essential to ensuring the accurate and timely fulfillment of customer orders within our busy distribution center. You will be responsible for accurately selecting specified products from various locations within the warehouse, utilizing scanning technology and pick lists. The ideal candidate is meticulous, efficient, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves and designated storage areas based on order specifications.
• Utilize RF scanners and pick lists to ensure correct item selection and quantity.
• Verify picked items for accuracy and quality before staging.
• Organize and stage picked items for efficient packing and shipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
• Adhere to all company Safety policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily order fulfillment targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in order picking or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform tasks requiring moderate Lifting (up to 40 lbs) and standing for long periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Understanding of warehouse Safety regulations.
• Familiarity with basic Logistics principles and inventory management.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to wear appropriate PPE.
