We are hiring an Order Picker for our busy warehouse in Columbus, Ohio. As an Order Picker, you will be instrumental in fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. Your main responsibilities will include locating and retrieving specific items from warehouse shelves using an order picking system (e.g., RF scanner, paper pick list). You will verify the items picked against the order to ensure accuracy and prepare them for packing and shipment. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work at a steady pace. You must be comfortable navigating the warehouse environment and potentially using ladders or other equipment to reach items. Frequent lifting of items up to 30 lbs will be a part of your daily tasks. Maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety guidelines and properly using required PPE is essential. We are looking for motivated individuals who are reliable and possess good communication skills.
