Job Title: Administrative Assistant | Req ID: 15399 | HR Contact: Julia Morgan Santaella | Location: Plano Willow Bend Office TX This role serves as the primary point of contact for all recruiting activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers while maintaining rigorous compliance through regular drug testing and administrative oversight. Under direct supervision, provides a variety of administrative and recruiting services to an organizational unit. Projects a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction. What You'll Accomplish Work closely with the Human Resources team. Generate recruiting reports. Serve as the main point of contact for all recruiting initiatives, ensuring clear communication between candidates, hiring managers, and the HR team. Create and post hourly job openings across digital platforms. Review applications and conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications. Coordinate and distribute quarterly and monthly drug test notifications to managers, ensuring all testing is completed and documented per company policy. Maintain and update departmental spreadsheets. Other responsibilities as assigned. What We're Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Work Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience Required Technical Skills: Intermediate computer skills in word processing and spreadsheets Additional Requirements Proven experience in administrative or recruiting roles. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to professionally interact with personnel and external customers. Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time. Able to prioritize work. Strong organization skills. Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
