What You'll Do

As a resident assistant (ra) or cna, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care in our assisted living and memory care neighborhoods. You will:

Assist residents with activities of daily living Support individualized care plans Document care and report changes in condition Encourage resident independence and dignity Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment Interact with residents with patience, compassion, and a friendly smile
