Compensation & Benefits Pay: $19.46 – $23.11 per hour Benefits include a comprehensive suite of health, life, financial, and wellness options.

Location & Schedule Position is located at 5601 Gretna Rd, Branson, Missouri.

The incumbent will float to various Arvest branches within the Springfield market as staffing needs arise. Working hours: Monday‑Friday 7:45 am – 5:45 pm with rotating Saturdays 8:45 am – 12:15 pm.

Additional hours may be required as needed.

Responsibilities

Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative, needs‑based selling approach, following the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.

Make outbound calls to generate sales and deepen customer relationships.

Identify and sell consumer loan opportunities, accept loan applications, and facilitate closings in coordination with the underwriting department.

Provide exceptional service: greet customers, manage complaints through the established process, and ensure satisfaction.

Open and process simple to highly complex deposit accounts.

Assist customers with deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking operations.

Maintain in‑depth product knowledge and support customer use of digital services and delivery options.

Participate in branch promotions and marketing initiatives as directed.

Apply bank standards, policies, and procedures, including BSA/AML requirements, and report any compliance violations or suspicious activity.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.

Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to register within 30 days.

Sales and customer service experience preferred.

Financial services provider experience preferred.

College degree preferred.

Level‑specific requirements:

Level 1 – Training: Completion of all training is required for progression.

Level 2 – Proficient: Demonstrated product knowledge and sales skills; recommended by Branch Manager or Regional Management.

Level 3 – Advanced: Independent action on complex tasks, mentor to Level 1 associates; achievement of Level 2 competencies required.

Relevant military experience considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
