Relationship Banker (Bilingual)
Position: Relationship Banker (Bilingual) – Arvest Bank, 4330 NW Cache Road, Lawton, OK 73505.
Availability: Monday‑Friday 7:15 am‑6:15 pm; Saturdays 8:45 am‑1:15 pm. Bilingual in English and Spanish required.

Job Overview:
The Relationship Banker focuses on product sales and exceptional customer service.
The associate develops new customer relationships and strengthens existing ones by ensuring each customer knows and is offered appropriate products and services to meet their financial needs. The Relationship Banker provides expert product advice, clear directions on using self‑service banking solutions, transacts business accurately, and provides account servicing and problem resolution per established procedures and regulations.
Roles & Levels
Level 1 – Training:
Primary focus on training and development while working with a seasoned mentor. Progression to Level 2 depends on completion of training.
Level 2 – Proficient:
Works independently on routine tasks, with general guidance on complex tasks. Demonstrates superior product knowledge and needs‑based selling skills. May advance to Level 3 upon recommendation and demonstrated proficiency.
Level 3 – Advanced:
Independently resolves problems, develops recommendations, and determines course of action for new tasks. May serve as a mentor to Level 1 associates. Successful completion of all three levels could lead to Leadership (Relationship Banker 4).
What You Will Do at Arvest
Contribute to branch sales goals through a consultative sales approach, following the sales process in the CFB Retail Sales Playbook.
Generate sales via outbound calls and strengthen customer relationships.
Identify opportunities to sell consumer loans, accept applications, and facilitate loan closings in collaboration with underwriting.
Deliver exceptional customer service: acknowledge every customer promptly, greet with a smile, and follow complaint processes.
Open and process deposit accounts of varying complexity.
Assist customers with questions and concerns, including deposit risk management and day‑to‑day banking.
Maintain in‑depth knowledge of products, digital services, delivery options, and competitors to sell effectively.
Participate in branch promotions, marketing initiatives, and use sound judgment applying bank standards, policies, and procedures.
Comply with bank policy, laws, regulations, and the BSA/AML program, completing required training and reporting potential violations.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required.
Current NMLS SAFE Act Registration or ability to obtain registration within 30 days required.
Demonstrated sales and customer service experience preferred.
Financial service provider experience preferred.
College degree preferred.
Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members.
Physical Demands Regular attendance is essential. The associate may need to travel occasionally within the US, possibly overnight.
