Real Estate Cold Caller

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Real Estate Cold Caller to join our acquisitions team. The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable speaking with homeowners to identify potential off-market property opportunities. This role plays a critical part in generating leads and setting appointments for our acquisitions managers. Make outbound calls daily to property owners using company-provided scripts. Build rapport with homeowners and maintain a professional, friendly tone. Gather important information about property condition, ownership situation, and potential motivation to sell. Pre-qualify leads based on company criteria. Update CRM with accurate notes and lead details. Set appointments for the acquisitions team when high-quality leads are identified. Follow up with warm leads on a consistent schedule. Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and appointments set. Handle objections confidently and professionally. 2+ Years of experience
