What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide front-line support in the prevention, investigation, resolution, and referral of employee relations issues
Conduct on-site internal investigations and prepare comprehensive reports with findings
Investigate complaints related to discrimination, harassment, and violations of human resources policies
Deliver counsel and assistance on employee relations issues to staff and management
Analyze complex HR-related issues and recommend solutions or best practices
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related fieldMinimum of two (2) years of experience as an Intermediate Human Resources Analyst or five (5) years of equivalent experience at an intermediate HR level
Knowledge of federal and state laws related to Human Resources
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and interact professionally with all staff levels
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with administrative investigative techniques and report writing
Familiarity with Google, AZ360, and various HR monitoring software
Proven ability to cultivate interpersonal relationships within diverse groups
Experience in conducting public speaking or training sessions
Background in analyzing data and making recommendations based on findings
