Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent. The position requires working both on-site in Los Angeles, CA, and remotely on an as-needed basis. Responsibilities include managing property transactions, providing excellent customer service, securing real estate deals, advising clients on buying and selling real estate, and maintaining a deep understanding of real property laws and regulations. The agent will also assist in achieving client goals through expert knowledge and guidance.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Real Estate and Real Property knowledge
Strong Customer Service and Sales skills
Experience in property transactions and client relationship management
Excellent communication and interpersonal capabilities
Knowledge of the Los Angeles real estate market is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Organizational and time management abilities
