Customer Success & Sales Agent
to build lasting relationships with our clients and support them throughout their purchase journey. This role requires a balance of communication skills, empathy, and commercial awareness to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide personalized assistance to customers via email, chat, and phone.
Guide clients through inquiries, quotations, and order fulfillment.
Maintain detailed knowledge of our collections and materials.
Identify upselling opportunities and support the sales team in closing deals.
Collect and share customer feedback to enhance the overall service experience.
Qualifications
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in customer support or sales preferred.
High degree of professionalism, empathy, and reliability.
