We are seeking a driven
Private Credit Analyst/Associate
to join a growing private credit investment platform based in Los Angeles. This role provides meaningful exposure to the full investment life cycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, execution, and ongoing portfolio management across middle‑market credit investments.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and underwrite private credit opportunities, including senior secured, uni‑tranche, and structured debt transactions.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, credit analyses, and downside scenarios.
Support due diligence efforts, including company analysis, industry research, and management calls.
Assist in preparing investment committee materials and transaction documentation.
Monitor portfolio companies, track financial performance, covenant compliance, and credit risk.
Qualifications:
1‑4 years of experience in private credit, leveraged finance, investment banking, private credit, or a related field.
Strong financial modelling, accounting, and analytical skills.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related discipline.
