Job Description
Responsible for assisting with the physical care, guidance and supervision of intellectually disabled individuals in the residential setting and out in the community. Performs activities and duties to help individuals develop acceptable habits and attitudes; helps the individuals meet the outcomes of any service or behavioral plan; ensures daily needs and health and safety of the individual are met; assists individuals with daily hygiene and personal living skills; completes data collection in accord with person‑centered plan; responds quickly and appropriately to unpredictable behavior and circumstances. High school or equivalent (Required) DSP or CNA or PCA: 2 years (Required) Driver's License (Required) CPR Certification (Preferred) Program Positions
Residential: Available Hours - 3pm – 11pm, 11pm – 7am / Mon – Fri & Every Other Weekends Benefits

Full‑time or Part‑time Schedule
8 & 12 hour shifts Holidays Monday to Friday Weekend availability License / Certification
Driver's license (Required) CPR certification (Preferred) Experience
DSP/PCA/CNA: 1 year experience. Education
