The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Healthcare Solutions Sales Executive you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Delivering expertise, in a team selling environment, to our existing clients and potential customers. This role has a primary responsibility to serve as the Subject Matter Expert of 3M HIS products and best practice workflows that supports the sales team for closure of sales by collaborating with the sales team and developing successful sales strategies. Works in alignment with the Account Executive.
Performing demonstrations of 3M software products and services as well as participating in workflow and discovery discussions related to 3M products and services
Understanding the client environment and needs to put forth the best solution strategy
Assists in evaluation of data to identify target customers, assists sales team in development of a presentation that fits the client business need
Provides clinical and content expertise focused on the hospital revenue cycle and clinician facing solutions
Works with Product Managers and Developers to ensure that the needs of the client are reflected in product upgrades and enhancements
Provides both internal and external education through a variety of venues: 1:1, Regional meetings, Webinars, etc.
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher
Three (3) years experience performing system demonstrations, and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services, across multiple hospital departments
Three (3) years of clinical documentation or healthcare revenue cycle experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED from
Seven (7) years experience performing system demonstrations, and/or delivering/implementing complex technology solutions or services, across multiple hospital departments
Seven (7) years of clinical documentation or healthcare revenue cycle experience
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
Minimum of two (2) years of Healthcare IT sales experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Registered Nurse with diverse clinical background
Masters in Healthcare Administration, Masters in Business Administration
Experience and working knowledge of CDI workflow, HIM Operations, IP & OP Revenue Cycle, and the regulatory environment.
Proven ability to identify and communicate with "C level" decision makers
Excellent organization, presentation, and communication skills
Working knowledge of 3M HIS product
Coding and/or CDI certification(s)
Experience in CDI, HIM, and/or Revenue Cycle within an acute care environment
Experience working with large health systems
Work location:

The expected compensation range for this position is $204,603 - $250,070, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
