Healthcare Solutions Executive
3M Health Care is now Solventum. As a Healthcare Solution Sales Executive, you will collaborate with the brightest minds in healthcare to deliver cutting‑edge solutions that improve patient lives and help clinicians perform at their best.
Base Pay Range $204,603.00/yr – $250,070.00/yr
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Solventum’s healthcare IT products, collaborating with Account Executives to close sales.
Perform product demonstrations and participate in workflow discovery conversations with prospective clients.
Analyze client needs to propose optimal solution strategies and support sales presentations.
Provide clinical and content expertise on hospital revenue cycle and clinician‑facing solutions.
Work with Product Managers and Developers to translate client feedback into product improvements.
Deliver internal and external training through 1:1 meetings, regional sessions, and webinars.
Operate a company vehicle; pre‑employment and ongoing motor‑vehicle history reviews required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Minimum three years of experience performing system demonstrations or delivering complex technology solutions in hospital settings.
Minimum three years of clinical documentation or healthcare revenue cycle experience.
Or, if high school diploma/GED, minimum seven years of system demonstration experience and seven years of clinical documentation or revenue‑cycle experience.
Minimum of two years of healthcare IT sales experience.
Preferred: Registered Nurse, Master’s in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration, CDI/HIM expertise, C‑level engagement skills, strong communication and presentation skills, knowledge of Solventum’s product suite, coding/CDI certifications.
Work Location Remote
Travel Requirement Occasional travel may be required.
