Base pay range:
$140,675 – $182,050
per year.
Job Description Solventum is a new healthcare company with a long legacy of solving big challenges. As an Orthodontic Sales Specialist, you will work with orthodontists, residents, inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable to achieve sales quotas and maintain customer satisfaction.
The Impact You’ll Make
Meet overall sales quota
Build relationships with orthodontists, their staff, and orthodontic residents
Collaborate with inside‑sales, customer service, and accounts‑receivable teams
Manage customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction
Driving Requirements
Use personal vehicle for company business; comply with Solventum’s Fixed and Variable Reimbursement program. Must pass and maintain a Motor Vehicle Record review.
Maintain a valid driver’s license and meet Solventum’s driver policy requirements.
Your Skills and Experience Minimum qualifications:
High School Diploma or higher and at least 7 years of field sales or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.
Valid driver’s license.
Additional qualifications that will help you succeed:
Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software.
Oral Care industry experience.
History of developing customer relationships.
Strong work ethic, people skills, and a competitive background.
Understanding of time and territory management.
Comfort with technical information and numbers.
Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups.
Master’s degree in business or marketing (optional).
Five years of oral care/orthodontic sales experience (optional).
Work Location & Travel Remote work; candidate must reside in Milwaukee or Madison area. Travel may include up to 50% of the time. Relocation assistance may be authorized.
