Solventum is a new healthcare company focused on delivering innovative solutions to improve patient lives and support healthcare professionals. This role requires a motivated individual to drive sales within the orthodontic market. Job Description

The Orthodontic Sales Specialist will: Meet overall sales quota. Build relationships with orthodontists, their staff, and orthodontic residents. Collaborate with inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable teams. Manage customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction. Driving Requirements

This position requires use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. Applicants must successfully complete a pre-hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility. Your Skills and Expertise

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher, and seven (7) years of field sales and/or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment. OR High School/GED with 11 years experience. Current, valid driver’s license is required. Additional qualifications that could help you succeed: Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and order entry software. Oral Care industry experience. History of developing customer relationships. Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background. Understanding of time and territory management. Comfort level with technical information and numbers. Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups. Work Location

Remote; Phoenix, AZ – candidate must reside in or near the Phoenix area. Travel

May include up to 20% domestic overnight travel. Relocation Assistance

The expected compensation range for this position is

$138,733 - $169,562 , which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
