The Impact You'll Make in this Role As an Orthodontic Sales Specialist, Solventum Oral Care Division - Milwaukee or Madison, WI you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

Meeting an overall sales quota

Building relationships with orthodontists, their staffs, and orthodontic residents

Working with a team consisting of inside sales, customer service, and accounts receivable

Managing customer discounts, orders, receivables, and overall satisfaction

Driving Requirements

This position requires the use of a personal vehicle for company business and participation in Solventum's Fixed and Variable Reimbursement (FAVR) program. As a condition of employment, candidates must successfully complete a pre‑hire motor vehicle record (MVR) review and maintain ongoing eligibility, including compliance with Solventum's driver policy, insurance requirements, and annual policy sign‑off. Ongoing monitoring of motor vehicle history will be conducted.

Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

High School Diploma or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND a minimum seven (7) years of field sales and/or clinical experience in a private, public, government, or military environment

Current, valid driver’s license is required

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Proficiency with computer applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, order entry software

Oral Care industry experience

History of developing customer relationships

Strong work ethic, people skills, and competitive background

Understanding of time and territory management

Comfort level with technical information and numbers

Ability to speak and teach in front of large groups

[Master’s] degree in [business or marketing] from an accredited institution

Five (5) years of [oral care/Orthodontic sales experience] in a private, public, government, or military environment

Work location: Remote - candidate must reside in the Milwaukee or Madison area.

Travel: May include up to 50%.

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.

Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Applicable to US Applicants Only: The expected compensation range for this position is $140,675 – $182,050, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience. In addition, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision, Health Savings Accounts, Health Care & Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Voluntary Benefits, Paid Absences, and Retirement Benefits, etc.).
