About the Role Metro Mechanical is hiring entry level HVAC service technicians in Huntsville, Alabama. This is a full‑time role with steady year‑round work. You’ll work on commercial HVAC and light refrigeration systems.
Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC systems
Diagnose HVAC system issues and perform preventive maintenance
Communicate effectively with customers and team members
Maintain accurate service records
Schedule
Monday to Friday
Overtime available
Rotating on‑call schedule
Requirements
0‑3 years of HVAC experience (commercial preferred)
EPA Certification
Valid driver's license with clean MVR
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong work ethic, technical skills, and leadership qualities
