Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager
Construction Firm – New York, NY
We’re a growing construction firm in NYC looking for a strategic, creative, and results‑driven
Marketing Manager / Social Media Manager
to elevate our brand and digital presence.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing, brand, and content strategies
Own and manage all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, etc.)
Lead digital presence — including website content, SEO, analytics, and paid campaigns
Write and design compelling content: posts, proposals, case studies, presentations
Oversee creative production and partner with designers, videographers, and agencies
Drive proposal development and support business development efforts
Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns based on data
Ensure brand consistency across all channels
What You Bring
3+ years of marketing/social media experience (agency, B2B, or construction industry a plus)
Strong writing, storytelling, and project management skills
Comfortable owning strategy and execution with minimal direction
Passion for building brand awareness and meaningful engagement
Familiarity with digital analytics and marketing tools
