We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager with 2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience to own and scale our advisor recruiting campaigns. This role requires proven success managing paid advertising, funnels, and CRM automation systems end‑to‑end. This is a high‑impact, in‑office position with clear growth opportunities into senior leadership.
Responsibilities Responsibilities– Digital Marketing Manager
Build, launch, and scale paid advertising campaigns across Meta, YouTube, email, and related platforms
Own the full advisor recruiting funnel from lead generation through booked appointments
Create and manage landing pages, funnels, and CRM automation workflows
Develop audiences, ad copy, creative assets, budgets, and optimization strategies
Track, analyze, and report on marketing KPIs and campaign performance
Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to improve lead quality and conversion outcomes
Continuously test, optimize, and refine campaigns for performance and scalability
Build repeatable marketing systems and maintain oversight as execution is delegated
Qualifications Required
2+ years of hands‑on digital marketing experience with documented, measurable results
Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, or similar platforms
Strong proficiency with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Keap, or equivalent
Funnel‑building experience, including landing pages and automated follow‑up sequences
End‑to‑end ownership of marketing initiatives from strategy through execution and optimization
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, and ROI
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Preferred
Experience working with recruiting or sales‑driven funnels
Familiarity with performance dashboards and reporting systems
Experience scaling campaigns and delegating execution to team members
Additional Information Benefits & Perks
Base salary:
$60,000–$70,000
Performance‑based bonuses tied to marketing KPIs
On‑target earnings (OTE):
$75,000–$90,000+
for strong performers
Clear growth path to senior leadership with six‑figure earning potential
Full‑time schedule with standard 8‑hour shifts
Some flexibility available after successful onboarding
