SoftExpert - Software for Excellence
We are seeking a
Sales Account Hunter
responsible for driving revenue growth in the German market. This role will help increase brand awareness, strengthen our market position, and lead customer-focused sales efforts. The primary objective is to grow the business by identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities with clients and partners who distribute SoftExpert solutions, while building long-term, trust-based relationships.
Responsibilities
Identify sales opportunities through direct prospecting, lead generation, networking, and partner relationships;
Manage the full sales cycle: qualification, needs analysis, product demonstration, negotiation, and closing;
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline stages aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets;
Build and sustain long-term, trust-based customer relationships;
Communicate assertively (oral and written) with strong presentation skills across all organizational levels;
Collaborate with pre-sales, implementation, and support teams;
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of SoftExpert products and services;
Understand the territory, market, offerings, and other relevant business aspects;
Actively contribute to the sales team and SoftExpert’s overall business goals;
Work under moderate supervision with regular performance reviews;
Comply with company policies and standards.
Requirements
Proven and successful experience in B2B sales with a focus on new customer acquisition;
Strong knowledge of the German market, especially in areas relevant to SoftExpert;
Experience selling complex software solutions;
Proactive “hunter” mindset to identify new business opportunities;
Experience with outbound sales strategies;
Track record of meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets;
Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently;
Creativity in problem-solving and quick learning ability;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Knowledge of B2B marketing;
Experience working with CRM systems.
Languages
Native German is required;
Fluency in English is also essential.

Experience with structured sales methodologies;
Basic knowledge of Portuguese.
